These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our site or services.

We process all transactions through a secure third-party platform and manually activate access to our digital guide hosted on kefaloniaunlocked.com.

1. Guide Access and License

By purchasing access to our digital guide, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. All content is hosted on kefaloniaunlocked.com and is activated automatically upon purchase, allowing you to access the guide immediately via the email sent to you.

You may not copy, save, screenshot, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the guide. Violations will result in access revocation and may lead to legal action.

2. Seasonal Access

The digital guide is only available from June to October each year. After the season ends, access will be revoked, and the guide will be rebuilt for the following year. Purchases are valid for the current season only and do not carry over. You must repurchase access each season.

3. Refund Policy

Once access to the guide has been activated, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. All sales are final. For more details, refer to our Refund Policy.

4. Eligibility

This product is intended for users aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

5. Account Terms

Access is tied to the email used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure. Sharing your login or granting access to others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

6. Repeat Offender Policy

If you are found to have shared your login credentials or otherwise participated in unauthorized access to our guide, your account will be permanently revoked from kefaloniaunlocked.com.
If you subsequently purchase access again-whether intentionally or as a “new” customer-your account will remain blocked and no refund will be issued. This policy applies regardless of whether the purchase is made directly through kefaloniaunlocked.com or via any other sales channel.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

We may include affiliate links to third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com). We only recommend services we trust or use ourselves. We may earn a small commission from these links at no extra cost to you.

8. Accuracy and Availability

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or availability of content. All material is provided for informational purposes only. Use it at your own risk.

9. Product & Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, pricing, or content at any time without notice.

These Terms, along with our Privacy and Refund Policies, form the entire agreement between you and Kefalonia Unlocked.

19. VPN and Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website, services, or digital products for users who connect via anonymizing technologies (e.g., VPNs, proxies, or the Tor network) or who attempt to bypass regional access restrictions. 

  • Access to the guide is only permitted from locations within our approved selling markets. Use of a VPN to circumvent these restrictions is prohibited.
  • If a purchase is made while using a VPN and the customer refuses to disable it upon request, access to the guide may be permanently blocked.
  • Purchases made in violation of these rules are non-refundable.

20. Fraudulent Details

Access may be revoked if false or misleading personal information is provided. Users must submit valid proof to regain access. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kefalonia, Greece.
