Digital Access - All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through kefaloniaunlocked.com grant seasonal access to the exclusive content hosted on kefaloniaunlocked.com. Because this is a non-tangible, access-based digital product with no physical delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Misunderstanding of the offer

  • Failure to review device or browser compatibility

  • Inability to access the guide due to user error or unsupported software

Once your access credentials have been issued and your account automatically activated, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

Seasonal Availability

All purchases are valid for one season only (June–October). Access to kefaloniaunlocked.com will automatically expire at the end of the season. The site will then be taken offline and rebuilt for the next season. Purchases do not roll over to the following year and must be repurchased annually.

Fraudulent Purchases

Purchases Made in Violation of VPN and Access Restrictions

Refunds will not be issued for purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service, including purchases made using a VPN from inside or outside our approved selling markets.

Non-Transferability

Your purchase is licensed to you as an individual. Legal action may be pursued in cases of deliberate misuse or copyright infringement.

Repeat Offender Policy
